Personal training sessions are generally one hour and designed based on your needs.
All sessions come with an initial meet up and evaluation to discuss your fitness and health goals. Every client is different; your training plan should be too.
At Home Fitness works primarily with adults 50+ who want to stay active, mobile, and strong, and are located throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago, including Barrington, Deerfield, Inverness, Northbrook, Long Grove, and surrounding communities.

Chris Andersen has been helping individuals stay strong and active for over 30 years.
He’s worked with professional athletes and everyday heroes alike, but his passion lies in helping adults ages 50+ maintain the strength and mobility to keep doing what they love.
With certifications in Corrective Exercise, Senior Fitness, Joint Replacement, Cancer Exercise, and more, Chris has evolved alongside his clients’ changing needs. He believes workouts should be challenging — but not miserable.
But what truly sets him apart? Relationships. Chris pays attention. He remembers the details. He adapts as life changes; many of his clients have trained with him for decades.
